Our customer service representatives are well groomed, and knowledgeable.
Plus, unlike some repair facilities, they do not work on commission, resulting in no incentive to sell you repairs that you don't need.
At The Auto Shop we only hire ASE Certified technicians.
We insist that they continue to retrain every year and re-certify.
