    The Auto Shop performed a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with my car. The owner personally spoke with me, and instead of lining his pockets with my money, the advise he gave me was the correct advice, but it did not make him a lot of money. He did the right thing in how he treated me, and his staff was extremely courteous. The Auto Shop is now my mechanic!

    I talked with management at Auto Shop and my issue was resolved. They contacted me concerning my complaint and we talked to a resolution.

    The AutoShop in my opinion really cares about the individual who needs help.
    I appreciate the one on one time that they give me… They are people and they treated me like a person… There were several times that they could have over charged me but instead the informed me of other means to solve some of my vehicle issues. Jerry the owner and Ken the manager are really great guys. They take the time to call me and explain to me the whole situation. I would choose this place over going to a dealership any day because when I come here I’m reminded of how much quality service and care enhances my experience… Thank You AutoShop for your awesome service….. I pray God (Jesus Christ) will continue to bless your business.

    You have a new lifetime customer. What an excellent experience at your shop. You should know the team at the front counter is completely professional, caring and honest. The service tech who worked on my brakes opted to fix the problem before taking lunch. Yeah, where do you get people like this? That was incredible.

    I brought our Suburban in this morning for a state inspection and a possible battery replacement. It was suggested to me that an electrical system analysis be done for $49.95 because we weren’t sure if the battery was the problem or not. I was given an estimate for the test, a battery (if needed) and the state inspection. It turned out that a battery was all that was needed and the electrical system analysis did not need to be done.
    It would have been real easy for the tech to have done/charged me for that test because I wouldn’t have known any different. However, the test was not necessary and the battery did not cost as much as the original estimate. I saved about $90 right off the bat due to John’s (the service advisor) and the tech’s honesty. We’ve been long time customers of The Auto Shop and this is one of the reasons why!
