Come on into our in house parts department. The parts inventory is kept on computer for easy and quick location and retrieval. Our parts department is tied into the 2 largest warehouses in Plano so that we can, get part numbers, check prices, and verify that the part is in stock. We can even order it online! This means our techs spend less time waiting while we "track down that elusive part".

Here you see a technician quickly getting to the root of the problem using on of the computers in our research room. We have an in house multiple CD ROM based information retrieval system.

Vehicle Information
Maintenance Requirements
Factory & Safety Recalls

We also have a complete list of 1-800 hot line numbers to our manufacturers for that rare time that we don't have the information. The Auto Shop has more information available, and we can access it quickly to save you time and money. We don't have to guess on repairs. This ensures that your vehicle is fixed right the first time.
